In the center of Tennessee, in a quaint, natural-light studio filled with upbeat music and a wonderful view of birds, flowers and the sunshine, artist Jai Johnson creates vibrant, colorful, original art using watercolor, ink, and watercolor pencil mediums.

Her first painting was published when she was only five years old and since then, Jai has explored varies areas of the art realm as well as obtained a degree in business and marketing from Freed-Hardeman University.

Completely self-taught in the fields of art, illustration and jewelry design, Jai’s favorite subjects to portray are birds and animals of all kinds, floral compilations, and peaceful or memorable, emotional scenes. Her surreal art is erotic and sensual, and leads one into the dream-like state of fantasy life.

She lets her imagination, her tools, and the paper work together to produce the fluid movement, electric coloring and fine artistic detailing and craftsmanship which are the hallmarks of these highly collectible works of art.
